The service is very good. Whenever I send test message or call them, they will response quickly. And the free internet access is good. I did the online check in for my air ticket.

It's not in an excited area. But it doen't matter. It's quiet when sleeping. And we go to Rome for sightseeing not for staying in the hotel.

We liked the fact that it had free internet and a big television, that could also be used as computer screen. The design of the room is very nice, very modern. It also had a small kitchen. It is near the metro station and to many bus stations. It makes it very simple to go to the city center.

It wasn't clean! Especially the bathroom hasn't been cleaned before we arrive (there was pee in the toilet), so we had to buy cleaning staff to clean it! Also in the shower cabin were hair to see... The design of the room looks nice, but it isn't very comfortable for 2 persons. We stayed 5 nights and the sheets and the towels weren't changed. It said that only if somebody stays 6 nights or more, they will change it after 3 nights. If somebody wishes to have his towels changed during his stay, he has to pay 5 euro each time to have them changed.

It's so close to the train station Rome Tiburtina (which has a train to the airport), less than 5 min walk and also the metro station Tiburtina, just at the exit. So excellent location. The room is so nice and comfy. And has a small kitchen part for cooking and boiling water. But before you arrive, you must tell them the arrival time as there are usually no people at the reception. Also, ask for the exact address of the room you booked as the hotel has 2 sides (with different address).

The room is really a little bit small, after 2 suitcase is put on the floor, we can hardly walk. And, water leaks out from the bathroom when you are bathing. A bit troublesome.

The room is small but nice. Internet is pretty fast and the staff is really nice.

The wall is quite thin (not sound proof) that you could always hear the sounds or noise from other rooms (chats, furniture moved or even toilet being flushed :p).
